Testing Demo design

When the idea stage is over, it is followed by a design demo. At this stage, the whole team directly participates - two IOS developers, two Android developers and a QA engineer. This is how a typical dreamteam works in the mobile direction, and we have five of them. Three in the applicant direction, one in the employer and one - platform. In addition, a team in hh is not just a package with programmers, but a set of different areas of competence, each of which is important. Each developer not only writes great code, he can also understand the design system or write the network layer very well.

At the design demo stage, the whole team and, sometimes, other interested parties take part. These are products from other areas, also testers, and so on. Testers are required to participate at the mockup stage. Because they most often within the team know this product better than others. They can highlight bottlenecks, ill-conceived scenarios, and interactions of a new feature with existing ones.
